Meet Anthony Abruzzo

Founder & President, Forza Design & Consulting

Anthony Abruzzo founded Forza Design in 2004 with a clear vision: to create a consulting firm that bridges the gap between design and construction—delivering projects that are both innovative and buildable.

He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago and continued his studies with a Master’s Degree in Architecture, building a strong foundation for his career in the built environment.

After gaining experience with several design firms, Anthony launched his own consulting practice, which has since grown into a respected firm known for delivering complex design-build projects across multiple industries.

In 2009, Anthony was elected to the Melrose Park Village Board, where he has served the community while deepening his understanding of government operations. His involvement has included service on key boards such as zoning and finance—experience that brings valuable insight to projects involving municipalities, approvals, and regulatory processes.

Anthony’s philosophy reflects his architectural roots:

“Government is fundamentally similar to a structure—it has needs, demands, and limits. Like any structure, it begins with a foundation. Without a strong foundation, it cannot succeed.”
