Cermak & Des Plaines Shopping Center 

Forza Design was commissioned to Design & Permit a Commercial Strip Center. The site formerly housed a gas station with a 4,000 sqft garage. Using the existing structure, we redesigned and cut openings into the existing facade, & adding a 7,000 sq ft addition, cladding the entire project in new masonry making it aesthetically pleasing.
